This bread mix is very moist and it is easy to add additional ingredients to it. The first time I made it I used one tablespoon of the TS Warming Mulling Spice to give it a little extra cinnamon flavor and also to sweeten the batter a bit. For add-ons, I thought about mixing in a very ripe banana and/or some semi-sweet chocolate chips.
By the way, this mix makes some really good muffins too. And the Carrot Cake Cheese Ball mix makes a great frosting to go on top!
